What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled rental time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental time.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
Yes, we offer discounted rates for rentals of 8 hours or more. Please contact us for a custom quote based on your specific needs.
Is insurance required to rent the studio?
Yes, renters are required to provide proof of liability insurance covering damage to the studio or equipment. We can also provide a short-term insurance policy for an additional fee.
Are pets allowed in the studio?
Pets are allowed in the studio on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. A pet fee may apply. Service animals are always welcome.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
